Black Friday did not go as anticipated. At least not in Nigeria. Most of the sites like Dealdey, seemed not to have enough of the really good deals to go round. It was mostly soldout before it even started.
Konga had enough to go round but the price slash was not as jaw dropping as that of Jumia and that is where a lot of people got frustrated and disappointed because there amazing discounts attracted so much crowd that the site became unresponsive.
As a result of this traffic jam, Jumia has decided to extend the black Friday to Monday. So we will remain on the look out for items and prices that will be loved by all.
